When I smelled Hermès L'Ambre des Merveilles after one such walk, I discovered with a surprise that it captured part of my golden autumnal fantasy. It's a fragrance of woods, amber and vanilla, but L'Ambre des Merveilles avoids heavy sweetness and instead has plenty of luminosity.

I avoid fruity and floral fragrances-- they just don't fit me and tend to give me headaches. This perfume has the perfect touch of fruit combined with musky allure and sexiness. Definitely a new staple on my vanity.

great service from allbeauty as usual, but this is the first time i have been disapointed with a fragrance, great to start with but then dies away to nothing within an hour...n i mean not a trace is left..
