The importance of the original Halo on the original Xbox can't be overstated, nor can it be denied. While not the very first console-based first-person shooter, it was the one that popularised the idea of this genre on anything other than a computer while the game's resultant success no doubt played...

When the original Xbox released in 2001 there were two games that most considered must buys when purchasing the system. One was a fighting game while the other was a first person shooter.

It's Halo but with updated graphics and music, though you can easily change both back to their original states from the pause menu. No noticeable changes in gameplay minus your jumping reaching a shorter distance. I definitely recommend this for any Halo fan who still uses their 360!
