Unlocked CPU in test config (Core i9-9900K) isn't overclockable

this was a mistake

it took a while for this to arrive. I first had to go out and buy at least $80 of adapters and cables since the connection types were strange to me. The system is slow and unstable. The Nividea graphics card won't work right.
