Best Box Ever

I use this for Photoshop. It drives two 4 k monitors, a 24 inch Epson printer, network attached storage, USB back up hard drive. I have the SSD and a Terabyte hard drive for data. The thing launches immediately.

This new series of the Z mini workstation (the previous was the G3) is a combination of technical agility and artistic flare. This tiny little guy, which stands about three inches tall (when laid flat) and less the 9" by 9" (with the angled corners on all four sides) is truly an ingenious design.

a mac mini for windows users

Happy to see this device on B&H website, as HP website is a mess. I bought the I-7 entry level model, which better suited my needs--though there are discrete graphics available. I liked the elegant design of this device and the ports: 4 usb-3 and 1 usb-c along with 2 display port on the entry model.

HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation: HP crams even more power into a compact design

In recent years HP has made a real effort to woo the designers and creative users that have traditionally been Apple's captive audience. In fact the workstation section of HP's online store specifically targets "pros moving from Mac" at a time when Apple's plans for its own Mac Pro range remain...

Compact; functional design; Impressive CPU and GPU performance; Good connectivity; Quiet in operation

No expansion slots; No Thunderbolt interface; Entry-level models are less competitive
