The CPU for my desktop is on a shelf under my desk. The mouse will only work intermittently in the USB ports on the front or back of the CPU. Luckily my monitor has 4 USB ports on it and the mouse works fine in the ports on the left side. So this mouse should only be used on a Laptop.

Works well. I especially like the "power off" feature since I never re,a,ber to turn off the power switch to save the battery. It also fits my hand well. Some mice are uncomfortable after long periods of use. This one dosen't make my carpal tunnel syndrome act up.

bought it over a year ago the spring in it wouldn't hold the battery had to keep messing with it.then a few days ago it wasn't working and went to check my battery and the spring had fallen inside my mouse need to say I have to get another mouse.

Amazon, I have no other way of getting in touch but this review it seems. I need you to urgently send me replacement chip, the one that came with mouse broke 10 days ago and have been left without a mouse since. Trying to contact you. I am a very busy woman and cannot afford wasting further time.

My house number was listed incorrectly. I contacted the delivery department who told me I had to contact customer servies. I rang customer services and was on hold for about 15 minutes. This took in total about 4 days to correct.

1 The Mouse is very nice and easy to use as per you website it is showing 3 years warranty but as mention on box it is showing only 1 year warranty i would also like to inform you i bought this product because snapdeal is giving 3 year warranty.

Scroll button has already gone bad. Frequently disconnects. Earlier I used to use Dell's usb mouse (it has been 5 years but it is still working superb)

i am giving 4 starts coz there is no space in the mouse to keep its small receiver which most of the mouses have. i have seen many mouses has this feature/option. rest everything is great

I just received my mouse today and I am loving it. It was very easy to connect to my laptop with the quick start guide that came with it and I didn't even have to push the connect button on the bottom of it. Soon as I plugged it into the usb port, I went to settings and my laptop picked it up.
