We ordered from B & H and before we knew it the box had arrived. The installation was simple and we have already recycled the old cartridge. Couldn't have been easier.

I like that I can chose between two sizes of ink cartridges for my printer. The XL last a long time and works very well for my needs.

I bought this ink NEW and when I put it in my printer the cartridge was USED and the ink was at 40%. I am absolutely appalled that I wasted my money on something that was already used. I want to speak to someone about this immediately. Thankyou

The box was pretty banged up and pieced of the box had been removed. Not new packaging.

The ink is the best mainly because it is HP. In the Lasejet printer magenta, cyan and yellow combine to make black ink. I cannot complain about the quality of the ink. In my personal opinion it was priced correctly a few years ago when it was about the price that black is now.
