OMG HOW EASY TO ORDER!
I hate going to places like Office Max or Office Depot to get printer cartridges. It takes so long, and I'm never sure I have the right one, and I have to wait forever to find someone to help me. Ordering cartridges through my HP printer app was the perfect solution!

Installation
We learned how to install it via YouTube. It was simple and easy but the printer is old. The ink is too expensive and I know soon it will be irrelevant. We will see how long it lasts.

Went with the sure thing
I used to go with generic toners, but in the end I come back to the name brands "just in case." Their price is obviously more expensive, but I just feel that the communication between the printer and the toner is at a maximum when you buy the name brand, I could be wrong, but it is nice to know it...

Excellent service by in-store person who handle3 order
As I don't have a car this winter, it is fortunate that I was able to get a ride with my son to order the drum; its delivery by UPS to my apartment was especially helpful. Having the salesperson enter the order was essential, with my problems with hearing and understanding "online.

the drum image received in good condition.

works well -you need to find instructions online is they are not included. Takes one minute to swap out. I was disappointed as a Canadian consumer that I could not recycle my old one they only accept recycles in the US.

Always best to match HP toners with HP printers!
Great product, despite the relatively high price; would appreciate a lower price (~25% lower).
Pros:
- Great quality
- easy to install
Cons:
- Still pretty expensive
- since you need to buy 4 toners for a color printer
