I am on my second printer as the first one stopped working after a few weeks. This one won't print black at all and the colours are very poor. While it hadn't been used for a while surely HP can do better than this. Hopefully it is still under warranty. (I have tried all of the troubleshooters & tools provided by HP with no success.)

Can save you money and time buying print cartridges. Just power on and refill with bulk ink. It is good for personal use and home office but if you need to print fast or very high quality photos it can be challenging cause it is a bit slow with a external paper feeder instead of an internal paper drawer ( available in other cheaper HP models). Sometime photo print comes out with faded stripes and it is not a cheap printer to have this fault. Watch out for the ink safety cap cause the cyan bottle cames withour it and cause a mess spilling ink everywhere.
