We returned the ones we ordered for our company and will not purchase again. From an IT standpoint, this just adds too much workload to a previously simple process.

The bottom compartment area is difficult to access; You need to remove the entire bottom panel (10+ screws) to access the battery, hard drive, or RAM; In order to then access the hard drive and replace it, another 10+ screws need to be removed in order to remove the battery, then the hard drive...
Overall I am happy with the laptop. I think the description could have been more clear about not having an operating system and not being formatted for Windows OS. At the very least include instructions to format the hard drive for Windows OS.
HP's mid-range business notebook achieves a slightly better performance thanks to the new Kaby Lake processors. However, this will hardly be noticeable during everyday tasks. The new processors improve the battery runtimes. The laptop can exceed the already good results of the predecessors.
