"I was not very impressed when i bought this printer. The quality was not very impressive. I would not reccomend this printer. One reason is that there are printers that cost the same that can do more things such as air print,(print from the Ipad and other tablets) I was very mad when i found out...
The printer does print fast and has power saver
Can not print from the I - Pad; a pain to install to computer
It had a lot of teething trouble, and I had to struggle a lot (including on-line service help from UK) to set it right. The official service centre is 20 KM away, and I had to struggle for so many days to make it working.
The HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-In-One color inkjet multifunction printer gives small-office users a little bit of everything for a low price ($129
Very easy to use; Wi-Fi
Slow at printing; copying; and scanning; Standard-size
This all-in-one is a modest printer with a modest price tag, for users with modest needs.
Inexpensive; Easy setup; operation; Top-quality monochrome text
Single color cartridge; Mediocre photo prints
The HP Officejet 4500 G510h is an all-in-one printer that comes with all the standard features - print, copy, scan and fax. It has a relatively boxy design with a mix of glossy and matte finish. The glossy finish, although nice, will attract fingerprints and is easily scratched.
Compact size; handy Fast Draft mode; decent print quality
Photocopying quality below par; slow scanning speed
HP's Officejet all-in-ones are designed to bridge the gap between home and the workplace at an affordable price. At £110 exc VAT, the Officejet 4500 undercuts its main rival - the A-Listed Canon Pixma MX870 - by around £25, which is a positive start. It's more economical in the long-run too.
The HP OfficeJet 4500 Wireless is not exactly a speed demon, but for the price (I saw it as low as $129.99), it's a very good deal. For that price, built-in wireless, an automatic document feeder, fax, and (manual) duplex come as welcome surprises.
Excellent photo quality; Easy to set up; built-in wireless networking; Very competitive price for an all-in-one
Some bleed-through with duplex pages; First page out is longer than average; No memory card compatibility
The HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One ($99.99 direct) doesn't offer any standout strengths like unusually fast speed or unusually high-quality output. However, it delivers a solid set of MFP features, including everything you need for a home office, the dual role of home and home office MFP, or a...
Network connector; Prints, scans, and faxes, over a network; Standalone fax and copier.
Relatively slow; Although text is suitable for most business use, it's sub-par for an inkjet
It can print black and white documents and colour pages quickly in draft quality settings, and the top-loading 20-page automatic document feeder is a boon for quickly scanning or copying multi-page documents.
