Canon is much better than HP.

Takes lot of time to warm up for the first print. Canon LBP6030W is way faster

This printer has been great right out of the box, drivers were right off the HP site but it came with a disk. Software for printing is included. This thing is a workhorse, It prints fast and the quality is great, no complaints at all.

Fairly quiet; fast; prints great; cheap

Zero so far

HP Laserjet P1102w

When it comes to printing documents, the best option in terms of value and speed is usually a laser printer. And with lasers now available for well under £100, they are becoming more and more popular with home users.

HP LaserJet Pro P1102w

Little printer sacrifices speed and paper handling. It can actually print faster than its advertised 19 pages per minute, PCMag.com finds. But the HP LaserJet Pro P1102w still pokes along more slowly than its 27-ppm Brother rival in independent tests.

Very small footprint; Good-quality text printing

Subpar graphics (like many laser printers; Expensive toner; No duplexer; No Ethernet connection

HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Wireless Mono Laser Printer CE658A

This is actually the second p1102w I am getting - I still have the previous one (been using it for more than 2 years now - works without any problems) and getting this as a gift for my sister.
