After much trial and error and many hours spent on this, I have the following procedure that worked on all PCs when before it wouldn't and I'm sharing it with the world...

This is the second one of these printers I have bought. The first one lasted till shortly after the warranty ran out. So I bought another one so that I would not be wasting the extra toner cartridges that I have, but the second one only lasted two weeks before doing the same thing as the first one.

I bought one of these brand new about 2 years ago. After about a year of light home use it started to develop paper feed errors whereby it would stop mid-print run and show an error that requires you to turn the machine off, open the back and pull the stuck sheet of paper out.

Bought with representative in store. Duplex was available on the box and in the literature. After four hours installing the machine in my office it only duplexed with manual re-feeding of the paper. The proper verbiage should be .... manual duplex is available through the print software.

This machine replaced 3 existing ones in our medical office. The only major drawback I see so far is that you cant make a copy while the machine is sending out a fax. That tends to slow down some transactions
