Excellent service from Printerland, ordered new printer on Tuesday 22nd December never thought I would get it by 09.30 the next day this close to Christmas. Everything arrived in one piece and worked straight out of the box, very pleased will purchase again and highly recommend Printerland.

Great printer. However I have Windows 8 and the scanning software has to be run in Windows XP SP3 mode otherwise it hangs. But the printer is geat so far and producing good prints.

I have only had this printer for about 1 month, but it has performed superbly. Should have spent the money sooner to buy a color laser. While 2x cost of an ink jet with comparable features, it outperforms in every respect.

Wireless access is difficult to set up, but otherwise it works well. Driver also defaults to single side printing and will not allow permanent double sided as an option.
