We purchased this nearly a year and a half ago with the intent to print our wedding invitations on it. There was a bit of a learning curve, as we printed on various types of paper/cardstock for this process. Once we were able to get everything hooked up and connected, things continued on smoothly.

I have spent a lifetime owning inkjet printers, of every single brand you name it (Cannon, HP, Brother, Epson,...), they all eventually become problematic... clogged nozzles, streaky printing, etc. You have to do head cleanings that waste so much ink.

Got this as a clearance item, but it sure was worth it. Perfect for my client's small office, and best print quality I've ever seen. Many helpful features too, like the printer having its own email address.

I've had many printers but this is the best buy to date. Easy set up. Easy to use. Very good menu design and touchscreen. Very compact design. Great printouts. Only thing that could be slightly better: duplex scanning.

This is an excellent color printer with wireless capability and 2 sided printing (Real 2 sided printing without the user having to do any paper handling to print the opposite side)

Good solid product, very easy setup. For the price I believe its excellent value for money. Its a full office in one product. Document feeder / flatbed scanner DUPLEX, the only item I will not be using is the FAX as no one these days uses fax, for a new printer I have no idea why HP included this ?

I bought this printer 7 months ago , it never worked well but I didn't use it much. It doesn't recognize that there is paper inside and keeps asking me to add paper, and other annoying things like this.

I've been using this printer for about 8 months and it works flawlessly with our PCs (Windows 10), iPhones, iPad, and my MacBook Pro (macOS Sierra). The wireless scanner feature works well as does having the ability to use the sheet feeder for the scanner.

An excellent printer, scanner and copier - and easy to set up - but with one major problem that I can't solve. When you wake it from sleep mode and send a new print job nothing happens! The job is clearly sitting in the Print Monitor but it doesn't respond to being cancelled.

Bought this printer just over a week ago and was amazed how quick it was to set up literally plugged it in connected to the wifi and was able to print straight from my mobile instantly literally took 5 mins to set up. The scanning system appears to be pretty easy to set up to.
