I bought this printer almost a year ago (have 24 days left on the 1 year warranty). I have not had any problems. The print quality is excellent, as is the scan quality. I really like the "scan to network folder" ability, and I use it several times a day to send PDFs directly to my iMac and...

- Read the install instructions. - Set your settings how you want them. - We have deployed about 15 of these in the last year and a half. No issues with any of the printers themselves - just the one PC.

- Reliable; - Wireless/Wired options; - Network Scanning; - Full Color Printing; - It's HP - We have tried many still the best bang for the $$$$; ***Update*** - Some of these are now approaching 2 years old and zero complaints from users

- Cost of Supplies - This is going to be the same for ANY color laser though; - Software can be clunky; - Only one issue with one computer that does not like the printer wireless; It is something specific to the install on the PC because others work just fine with the same printer.

it cost a load of money to run

out of the box it was a problem, it would say it was on the network but it would not print. turn it off and back on it would print, every time you wanted to print. turn off and on it would print. Ended up returning the thing after HP tech couldn't figure it out.

Wireless access is difficult to set up, but otherwise it works well. Driver also defaults to single side printing and will not allow permanent double sided as an option.

Great printer. However I have Windows 8 and the scanning software has to be run in Windows XP SP3 mode otherwise it hangs. But the printer is geat so far and producing good prints.

This printer was to replace a contract printer that had all the same functions, the quality of the print is very good and it has measured up very well to our previous machine for a fraction of the cost.

This is the 4th HP printer we have had. The first 3 were ink jet 4 in 1. This is the first laser printer for our small office. We have had it for about 60 days and use it regularly all day 5 days a week. The clarity and speed are outstanding.
