Low paper capacity

Product features are good but after approximately 2 weeks of usage ink patches appear on the margin of the print, despite using the toner cartridge provided with the printer. Same ink patches on the margin despite replacement of new (genuine) toner cartridge.

I've had this printer for a week - I have to keep re-installing drivers, to print or scan. It's a colossal waste of productivity. I have gotten it to occasionally print and scan, but every time I have a new job, I have to go through the re-installing process.
