GREAT printer, appears to be BRAND NEW
I already own two of these printers, and I'm glad I took a chance on this "reconditioned" one because is is completely unblemished, like it has never been touched. Prints and scans flawlessly. Excellent vendor, excellent deal. Very well packaged.

You can't fax from your computer with this printer. The software doesn't work. Do a google search and you'll find many threads about it. HP doesn't have a fix as of March 2015. This is an epic blunder. Last HP product I'll ever buy.

good one. suggest from HP come for a demonstration atleast once.

As expected
As expected the quality is good but xerox quality some what fade may because of paper quality

Nice functions but doesn't last
Purchased new in 2011 and just over a year later nothing would print. Kept saying a jam but nothing in it so since I bought the extended warranty they sent me a new (refurbished) unit. Had a few issues early on it but resolved them.

GREAT PRINTER! VERY GOOD BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
I purchased this printer to replace another that had broken down. I did some research via the net and a computer specialist I know and decided on this brand and model. The set up was easy and logical. This printer has turned out to be the best I have used in 30 years of using printers.

Good but fax issues
The copy, scan and print functions work well. Have had some fax issues which HP support has not been able to fully address. Cannot send fax from scanner bed. Can only send faxes from document feeder. Not a deal breaker but definite product defect.

My best HP printer!!
Previously, my HP 660 injet and Canon MP just give me headache.
Pros:
- So easy to setup
- Able to print wirelessly when connect to a Router via its network port
- Able to print/scan via my ipad/laptop
- Print at reasonable speed
- One toner is able to print around 2000 pages
Cons:
- The toner cost about SGD 105
- I hope the price can be lower

printer is fine. quick and easy to install, works out of the box and does exactly what you would expect. a few driver issues surfaced with vista after a couple of weeks which are niggly, but I suppose i blame windows more than the printer for this...
