Easy to Use; Meets Expectations; Features

Can someone explain why HP have suddenly started putting a pathetically flimsy little plastic flip out arm - that barely holds 10 sheets of paper let alone the 15 it claims - on all their domestic printers ? They've finally started using seperate inks for each colour.

I had nothing but problems with my old Lexmark. The HP was plugged in, the instructions on the touchpad were followed and it set itself up without a hiccup. We use this as a combination home and home office unit with a medium-duty cycle of around 2,000 pages per month. It's replacing our old workhorse HP 2840 that finally went to the great HazMat graveyard in Sunland.

Uses Too Much Ink

We were replacing an HP M3035 that was 4 years old and not worth repairing. The M475 is much sleaker in design, but seems to give up some speed to our old machine, which was surprising and disappointing.
