I couldn't be more pleased with this item. It was very quick to install and then set up using the cd - all done in about 20 minutes. I have had excellent results for scanning and copying. The quality of ordinary black and white and colour printing is pretty good too.

This printer/scanner is not a good option for a Business Office. When one color goes out the machine will not print anything. The toner cartridges are small and do not last long. The toner cartridges are not friendly to load.
