This printer has many options and compares favourably with other printers which are higher priced. The only downside is that the cartridge holder is somewhat flimsy and needs to be handled with care but this does not detract from it's versatility and value for money.

I've had an HP252dw for about 3 years and it's a good workhorse for what is essentially a 2-person office. Cost of consumables (toner) is what I expected it to be, and the only caveat I saw when ordering during a Gold Box discount was the low-quantity paper tray (150 sheets).

I bought this printer to replace my old Cannon laser printer. It is pretty fast although speed was never an issue with me. Only drawback is the cartridges seem to be a bit on the expensive side but compared to ink jet cartridges you get a lot of printing so worth it.

Compared to our small office Brother I am not impressed. Continues to load error messages about paper size in tray when we load regular letter size paper and the software's default to letter size. Really annoying to constantly walk over to expect a print job and see a tray paper size error.

So easy to set up (took about 10 minutes to set-up and then complete registration of the product ……. download relevant software and add to network.) Very versatile machine with many features to make different types of printing requirements possible.

I just printed around 500 pages after I bought new printer, it's a normal document with text having white background. But printer status shows it already ran out of toner. Specification for toner specifies that it supports from 1300 to 2500 page. Then can new printer be supplied with non-full toner
