It took over an hour to get the drivers loaded successfully. The software install process is poor. It failed repeatedly claiming it could not see the printer. Once installed it prints, once. Then it fails to print wirelessly - even when the PC and the printer are 3 feet from the Access point.

Cruel printer with great features and even apps used in the small touch screen. Summarizing my general thoughts with the positive points I know: 1. Display. It is intuitive, simple and responsive. Finally, the display industry has caught up with the printers as well.

I've owned quite a few HP printers and this replaced a Laserjet Pro 200 multi-function printer. This printer outperforms most because it can natively duplex whereas many you have to reverse the sheet manually.

I was pleasantly surprised as to the set up, initiation and easy printing. And, I am extremely delighted that I can print from my Ipad and Iphone as well. Great job HP.

Crisp Text and Graphics. Can print doubled sided, Clear Bright Colours - not quite photo standard but fine for general documentation purposes - at least as far as I am concerned! Fast - half speed in duplex mode but still more than fast enough for my purposes.

After 5 years of service, my Dell C1660W color LED printer started having issues, so I got this HP as a replacement. The HP is bigger, heavier, and quite a bit noisier than my old Dell. However, HP is also faster, does double sided printing automatically, and has an automatic shutdown feature.

Easy to Use; Performance

I bought this printer to replace my old one.It is ideal for our needs The only downside is it does not have a scanner. But other than a great machine we connected up our old printer and used the scanner which worked fine using a sub cable.

We replaced our old ink jet printer with a laser as we do not print much and our ink kept on drying up. For us it was a complete step change, good paper storage, duplex and we can print from our phones for example. We can therefore recommend this model based on our requirements.

Easy to install especially when not computer savvy. Great quality copies! Bluetooth works very well
