Received the cartridge overnight as promised but it did not print. Had to purchase another cartridge. Never had that happen before. Will not purchase from HP Direct again.

After using the printer for over a year, it still gives excellent results. This printer and ink products have never let me down. Has performed as I was expecting and more. A great value purchase.

Genuine hp ink at a reasonable price.The colour is good for text and photos.It lasts as advertised.I highly recommend it.

This new product from HP has an HP Code CN684WA with a standard page yield of 550 pages. The previous stock Code CB321WA discontinued in October 2010 had a standard page yield of 800 pages.

I print a lot of pictures and the color is fabulous. The ink lasts a long time but the product is expensive for as much printing as I do.

Too Expensive

The ink seems to run out to way to quickly. Using a highlighter smears the ink. Photos turn out nice. There is room for improvement.

This ink is the same ink wherever you buy it; however, buying it at Walmart was a little less expensive than other stores, shipping was free, and I received it the next day! Good deal!

They are reasonably priced cartidges, but they tend to run out sooner than I would expect.
