HP printer Q3961A is very useful for small business and start company work

This cartridge failed in only one month. It has plenty of ink but the printer keeps telling me to install it while it is already in the machine and was working properly. I re installed the old used cartridge and the machine recognizes it but naturally prints only in Black.
