Happy with the purchase so far after almost one month - no complaints. Runs as well as my hp pro laptop did. I chose the hp elite desk because any of the cheaper models were not upgradeable to windows 11 and it also had the minimum spec requirements as to what I needed. I am a postgrad student doing research and writing so have under 100 tabs open, word, dragon software for dictation, zotero and a media player. Works fine. I had an existing monitor and had to purchase a webcam and hdmi to dvi cable - so you may need to figure this into your budget. It came with a wireless mouse and keyboard.
