used 820 G2 before, didn't think that 820 model can be improved. was positively surprised by G3. great price, really fast delivery. thank you.

Beware Windows 10 not Included

This is a great laptop, long battery life, very reliable. Great product. Note: it comes with a very old version of Windows. Microsoft is a miserable company to deal with and will not help you upgrade. Buy this knowing you will spend another $119 on windows 10 because it does not come with it.

W7 better than W10. HP

W7 better than W10. HP elitebook works well so far. Staples were helpful in getting it completed.

Nice machine while it lasted

We had to RMA this machine, but it appears that this machine would have been good had it not died.

Machine is FAST and very lightweight

Unfortunately the machine died after about a week of very limited use (wouldn't power on anymore); Power supply was still good though

HP EliteBook 820 G3 Subnotebook Review

What a shame, HP. The manufacturer really convinces with the EliteBook 820 G3 in some respects, but the negative impressions dominate after our review. The biggest issue is certainly the display.
