This printer is too hard to set up. I'll try one more time tomorrow and then I might return it. I'm glad I kept the box and all of the packing materials. The instructions are poor. Even loading the ink cartridges is difficult. You have to look at pictures. There's nothing in the "manual" that I saw.

I bought this Unit according to its great Reviews, now sitting here since a few hours, and try to connect it to WiFi, Software installation, try to scan and copy etc and would rather smash it against the wall to be very honest and clear here.

HP was quick to deliver this printer to a small town in U.P. Not used printer yet but overall purchasing experience was great. Product looks good.
