OEM Toners
I usually do not like to pay for OEM toners, but I find less problems on low use machines with them. The HP toners and drum model works well for me.

Product and Service
I have been a customer of HP for several years and they continue to provide a high quality product. We have both printers and computers. Their support products laser color and black cartridges are far superior then the cheaper refills and have consistently out performed them .

Good Product, Genuine HP, Great Price!
I never have had any printer or printing problem when using these genuine HP brand toner cartridges. Great color! Trustable brand! Amazing low price! I'm grateful to HP for providing a recycling option and for putting the post paid recycling mailing label right in the box.

I have just put this cartridge into the printer and it does not work. Continually comes up with the message "Remove shipping lock".

Stick with the best
The last time I bought toner I bought one made for my HP, but it wasn't HP brand. The results weren't good. The quality was awful, and the cartridge life was short-lived. So this time I went back to HP because HP is the best. The colors are what they are supposed to be. They are bright and vibrant.

Don't waste your time. This product printed a few pages then I could barely see any output. The pages were so light. I tried shaking the toner and running the printer through a cleaning cycle. What a waste.

Good
It works. But when I brought in my empty cartridges for a credit the manager was clueless as to what to do and would not take them for a credit. Gave me some BS line that I could not understand. LIARS!!!

Very reliable product
Ink is an integral part of printing and this HP printer cartridge is very reliable. I always keep mine long past the replacement notice from HP and it keeps on printing.
