Pros: Works great first time and updated quantity of toner automatically . Clean crisp printing results with no issues. Have been using about 3 or 4 weeks with no issues. Cons: Slightly more expensive than aftermarket internet choice but the internet supplier does not gave a shop nearby to sort out any issues and PBTech did not charge delivery cost to go and collect at store
