I purchased my HP ENVY 4500 printer from Staples several years ago and it takes hp 61 ink. I have never had a bad container of ink. I could get ink from stores like Meijer but prefer Staples where I go for all of my card making, envelopes, copying, laminating, paper, and other things I find there...

Cheaprer to buy it at the store
Fine, but, it cost me 5 dollars more to order in on-line compared to the store price!! I went ahead and ordered it. Then I went to two different Walmart stores 2-3 days later to double check on the price, yep, its cheaper to buy it in the store!!

The cartridge did not fit properly and I was never able to print anything with the cartridge. The copier kept saying that there was a problem and to realign the copier. After all of this, I then got a message to replace the black ink cartridge because it was empty even though it never printed one...

A Genuine HP Ink cartridge, packaging is a cardboard box, just as you would get in the shop and is shipped in an amazon cardboard box, all recyclable too! Good quality cartridge for a good price
Printer cartridges are always necessary. It would be better if there was some standardisation of cartridges from one printer to the next. Why do manufacturers always have to create printers that won't take cartridges that were used on previous machines The answer is built-in obsolescence.

standard replacement cartridge
I haven't used this product yet. I used up my last cartridge and bought a replacement to be available when I need it. I expect that it will be the same as any other HP cartridge. I like that Office Depot has the price match policy, because I found it much cheaper elsewhere, and they just adjusted...

Marvellous for printing
My laptop won't print without it ! It's very good ink but at ￡2K a litre it jolly well should be, in all fairness how can I possibly describe ink as being a really useful product, it's like saying I always run my car on petrol it so much easier than pushing it, especially where I live it's so hilly
