So far so good, been printing pretty heavy and no complaints. Cant beat the price just wished they came with the photo ink and my printer wont function without a cartridge in that slot so i have an old empty one till i do get one.

....I mean literally. I needed to print a number of photos from my HP at home. It's something that I don't do that often. When I inquired about the necessity of this additional cartridge I was told that it was required. I got home to find there was not spot for it in the printer.

I usually order directly from HP when there is a sale on ink cartridges (I can get overnight shipping with no extra charge), but I needed ink right away. I have ordered other inks from Amazon for another printer and sometimes the cartridges are OK, sometimes not. (they are refilled ones, not HP).

I get fast and friendly service when I shop at Office Depot. I like the fact I can get the HP ink in a variety of packaging--color pack, single pack, Black and color, This time I only needed a single magenta. Appreciated only having to pay for what I needed. Good ink!

So I brought this around June 1, 2018, for my home. I don't print very much (concert tickets, return slips, occasional instructions), so about 20 pages since I about the ink. I took the ink cartridge out shook it put it back in and still nothing.

I installed the new ink cartridge, and the indication from the printer shows its not full. I didnt expect this, buying directly from HP. I probably wont purchase from HP again.

Works great, I only use HP products. So I would recommend it to anyone with a HP printer.

As expected with brand name HP purchase. Expensive. Might as well buy a new printer.

It's ink. It works. My B8550 printer uses too darn much of it!!! So now I'm looking for a good color laser printer - so I can spend even MORE on printing consumables... :-( PS: Whatever you do, use a coupon!

After using the printer for over a year, it still gives excellent results. This printer and ink products have never let me down. Has performed as I was expecting and more. A great value purchase.
