Gucci Rush 2 (for women)

(1999), the famous Italian brand launched Rush 2 (2001). The fragrance was again created by perfumer Michel Almairac. The new flavor is very different from that of its predecessor. Floral notes predominate among others.

"The Rush should be to get this gorgeous perfume!"

Gucci created many different products during his life, from clothes to luggage , until his death in 1953, where numerous executives took over production and design of Gucci. Then in the 1990's Tom Ford , took over all this and began to create a more cosmopolitan Gucci for modern society.

The durability.

Sometimes a little overpowering

Too sweet and sickly for me, needs spraying again after 2 hours

This was bought for me as a present by a friend which when I opened I thought was fantastic. I absolutely loved Gucci Rush, so immediately assumed I would be equally impressed with Gucci Rush 2. Wrong again... when it comes to perfume I should have learnt my lesson and never assume.

A soapier and much more pleasant flanker of Rush

Rush 2 is hardly related to Rush at all. This is an entirely different composition altogether. Upon first application, I could barely smell it. The opening notes are extremely subtle and intimate. I would describe the rose, freesia and lily of the valley as having a soapy and fresh-like quality.
