I have worked with a lot of Polycom and Nortel phones and this was my first Grandstream. This is my main office phone and integrates with FreePBX and Elastix flawlessly. I love that you can set the background to whatever you want and the button customization is easy.

Feature rich phone system at a fraction of the cost of the big name system. Bought 10 for my office. Awesome phone. The only problem is the menu is hard to read and some of the features are not as easy to activate.
