Violent, open-world, do-anything mature adventure.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas boasts an exceptional soundtrack, a well-written story line and a slew of plot twists and other surprises. The dialogue between CJ and his crew is raw but convincing, and some big-name celebrities contribute their vocal talent, including James Woods and George Clinton.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – Second Opinion

After reading Scott's main review for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas , I wondered what I could possibly add. Scott's writing is always a tough act to follow, and he covered it all- gameplay, story, sociological aspects, role-playing elements, and even the optional cornrows.

Who on this planet have not heard about Grand Theftt Auto: Vice City, especially after its successful debut on the Playstation 2 last year. So it's not surprising when Rockstar Games announced they are porting San Andreas to the PC and Xbox.

Jackin' The PC

Having played through the entire game of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas on the PS2, it is only natural that I wanted to see how the PC version fared. In general, I enjoy the PC version of the GTA series more than I do the PS2 ones.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Review

Rockstar Games truly revolutionized gaming with the release of Grand Theft Auto III in 2001. It took open-ended action gameplay to heights most developers hadn't even thought of, much less planned or completed development on.

Call of Duty: United Offensive Review

Infinity Ward and Activision basically came out of nowhere with last year's smash hit Call of Duty. Its intense World War 2 action and solid production values scored big with both gamers and reviewers, and the multiplayer mode that was thrown in turned out to be not half-bad.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

There are simply some titles that captivate audiences for years at a time due to their addictive gameplay and their rich environments. These are the games that constantly seem to host newer challenges or larger secrets each time you play the game. Mario did it on consoles in the 80s.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Back in October 2004, Sony PlayStation 2 gamers were blessed with another installment in the already highly successful (and sometimes controversial) Grand Theft Auto series. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas ripped through the sales charts and received rave reviews from game critics everywhere.

This is a well done port of an excellent game. Despite some minor issues related to a slight lack of visual polish and a few technical quirks, GTA: San Andreas has survived the translation from Playstation very nicely.
