Best enjoyed after beating Grand Theft Auto IV, this great double-pack of episodic content shows you sides of Liberty City you never knew existed.

If you've already played through 2008's Grand Theft Auto IV , you have a pretty good idea of what to expect in the formerly Xbox-360-exclusive Episodes from Liberty City. The included episodes-- The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony --take place concurrently with the original game's...

Two great and very different storylines; New vehicles and weapons freshen up the familiar gameplay; Checkpoint feature makes failing missions less frustrating; Lots of amusing references to original game's characters; Great value for money

Visuals are showing their age; Inconsistent frame rates; Separate multiplayer lobbies for GTAIV and both episodes

Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

Two years have passed since Grand Theft Auto IV was released and a year later, the last two chapters of the GTA IV saga (Lost & Damned and Gay Tony) arrived as Xbox 360 exclusives. Now, Playstation 3 users who have been loyal to the Sony brand can play these two great pieces of content. .

"Good game, worth the hype though?"

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, originally released for the XBox 360 in two Downloadable installments, then released for a disc for the XBox, people with PlayStation 3 consoles have been waiting for well over a year for this game to come and the hype has followed respectively.

2 new protagonists and games; more on-lin capabilities; more action during story mode; new weapons

less online modes; shorter story lines; no able to backtrack play on-line
