Having now played the Beta I can't wait for the full game release this week. Awesome graphics, great car racing simulation and easy to use menu. This is set to be a winner.

It feels like it's been forever since this was announced, doesn't it I'm sure the year-long delay didn't help, either. But what is Gran Turismo Sport It's not the next numbered outing, nor
Constant online rewards; Stunningly beautiful; Handles brilliantly; Daily races keep things flowing
Needs more online "quick race" options; Penalty systems are inconsistent
In many ways, is the most polished Gran Turismo game in over a decade. It looks great, feels great, and what's here has been carefully and well executed. However, while I can forgive the sprinkling of eccentric nonsense, the lack of car and track content really hurts, and the online-only nature of...
Building on its legacy as the most realistic and accessible driving simulator, GT Sport has partnered with the FIA to push the boundaries of racing games, introducing an online racing series that will be recognized alongside real world motor racing by the FIA.
The first thing players will want to do is go into the game's Driving School. Even if you're an experienced digital driver, you'll still want to go to class to get several cars and valuable in-game currency as a reward for going through its tutorial lessons.
Great tutorial; Absolutely gorgeous to look at; Top-notch racing
VR is tacked-on as an extra despite being the best way to play; Single-player content is light and non-interesting; Can't play most of the modes offline
Gran Turismo Sport represents a focal pivot for the series from single-player to online. The result is a great-looking racer with excellent driving, but little to separate itself from the pack.
Visuals push the PS4 to its limit; Interface is clean and easy to use
Single-player unavailable when not connected to servers; Small amount of cars and tracks in comparison to peers; Tags
Gran Turismo Sport looks set to kickstart a new era for Polyphony Digital's long running series. In partnership with the FIA and with an officially sanctioned esport set up within the game, the series' self-description as a driving simulator is something of a misnomer.
Looks simply fantastic; especially in 4K HDR; Great evolution of Gran Turismo's handling model; Well thought out multiplayer matchmaking; Tons of tiny details to help your driving; Some of the best original GT tracks yet; Scapes are truly impressive blends of reality and digital cars
Lacking single player Campaign; No dynamic time and no wet weather at launch; Still no launch control or realistic assists settings; VR Tour is a missed opportunity; Server connection requirement for saving
From its very first moment, Gran Turismo Sport floods the player with a melancholic symphony of sound and picture that takes you back to the racing days of old. I say racing because that's what it's all about, not merely waltzing past mistake-prone AI on a quest to attain the next driver level.
Tuned driving mechanics; Social space & UI; Online set-up; Addicting challenges; Scapes Mode
Limited cars and tracks; Not exactly inclusive
Online play only. Career mode involves doing licences and tracks, on a pre chosen car. Am still to figure out why there is any need for a garage. Or collecting cars. Cant modify cars, did I mention no offline racing. Have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes to get on to one of three races.
As a kid, I was never a huge fan of the Gran Turismo games. At the time the cars and tracks looked awesome and realistic but I was never a fan of realistic driving so most of my time was spent trying to wall ride and cut shortcuts across the grass to win races. I didn't do well.
Fantastic Sounds; Very Impressive Visuals (Scapes Mode FTW; Easy Access For New Players
Missing Classic Functions Of The Franchise; Light On Car Manufacturers; Always Online Mode Isn't Good
