The Pixelbook Go gets a lot right - stunning design, long lasting battery and portability factor. It does just boil down to what is a luxurious Chromebook with a touchscreen and an in-built assistant - and we’d recommend this to anyone who travels a lot and uses Google’s suite of apps. The webcam is another plus for those who have a lot of web meetings. If you’re usually in browser mode and use cloud-based apps for work, then the Pixelbook Go is the ideal companion.
10 hour+ battery ; lovely deisgn; lightweight; silent keyboard; excellent webcam;
not the best specs; there are cheaper alternatives;
There’s plenty to like about the Google Pixelbook Go; it feels like the first Chromebook from the company that actually stands a chance. It’s certainly well-designed, which in itself is a rarity for a Chromebook, and is a pleasure to use. The £629 starting price feels fair – although, as I mentioned, I can’t attest to the performance of that model. It's a harder sell as the price starts to creep up over £800, except to those who are perfectly content with Chrome OS.
Fantastic keyboard; Attractive, understated look; Impressive battery life; Android apps on Chrome can be useful (even if buggy);
Can get far too expensive if you upgrade the specs ; No fingerprint scanner/facial unlock; Have to get the top model if you want a 4K screen;

Nimble, lovely to use and great looking, the Pixelbook Go is speedy and has a battery that lasts all day. It might still be a bit more expensive than other brands' Chromebooks, but it's a heck of a lot cheaper than previous Pixelbook models, which we think makes it a real winner.
Lovely design that's lightweight and attractive; Speedy performance; Not as pricey as previous Pixelbooks; Great keyboard;
Android app support is still ropey; Trackpad isn't the best;
Strikes the perfect balance between performance, portability and usability – the Pixelbook Go is brilliant
Brilliant keyboard; Amazing battery life; Lightweight and slim;
Viewing angles aren’t great; A touch expensive; Only uses an 8th gen Intel CPU;
With a portable design, crisp display, quiet keyboard and all-day battery, the Pixelbook Go is a brilliant Chromebook option - though the higher-spec models are on the pricey side.
Solid display; Decent performance; Great webcam;
Chrome OS limitations; Expensive high-end models;
The Google Pixelbook is the first Chromebook worthy of consideration alongside the most high-end Windows and Mac devices. From its stunning design to its stupendous software enhancements, this is the best Chromebook to date, bar none.
Sublime design; Full Android app support; Awesome keyboard; Excellent stylus support;
Pen sold separately; Poor audio performance; No biometric login
