Gods, Greeks, one particularly angry Greek, a few quick time events, red orbs, a sex minigame, jaunts through the underworld, and more blood and violence then you wave at with a bloody stump where a limb used to be.

Do these classics really need any review? ;) Both the games came in a single disc. Navigation between the two games could be better. I wonder why they didn't provide two discs instead of just one. Games are HD but the cut-scenes are still from the old format.

Don't let my thoughts on Kratos as a character dissuade you though. The jump Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta have made on to the PS3 is nothing short of fantastic. All in all, God of War: Origins Collection is a truly awesome collection. The two PSP games were already excellent in their own right, but with all the improvements that have been made, they have earned the right to reside next to their console counterparts.

I really love that you get five full games with this, you can basically play through the entire story of the series. Each game is a bit short maybe 6-8 hours long depending on difficulty chosen but it'll take you awhile to beat all of them.

It has always been one of my favorites to play this series and I ordered it to play it again on a different console (PS3). It was worth it. I got the 1st four in this series and played them all again and they ran well.

There's been a total of five God of War games now, spread across the PS2, PSP and the PS3. Bluepoint Games brought the first two PS2 games to the PS3, updating the visuals into HD and doing a real grand job.

I love the God of war series, it has some of the most fantastic music and epic scenes. As an RPG fan it's not my normal style of gaming, that said I love darksiders too (and darksiders 2 :) ).
