God of War Collection Volume II – Solid bang for your buck!

This whole HD remake trend that's been sweeping the world today was started by none other than Kratos himself. Developer Bluepoint Games allowed the new generation of gamers to experience his first two rage induced adventures on the PS3 before they stepped into God of War 3 via the God of War...

God of War Collection Volume II - Review

It's nice to have everything in one place, and Sony clearly agrees. After the first God of War HD Collection compiled the first two PS2 Kratos adventures on one shimmering Blu-ray - all the better to sit snugly alongside God of War III on your shelf - here comes another volume of tarted-up Greek...

Great setpiece battles; Weird and varied weapons; Excellent multiplayer maps

Online play is tough for beginners; Finite health can leave you stuck; Not much solo replay value

God of War: Origins Collection (PS3) Review

God of War is synonymous with the PlayStation brand as the color red is for stop signs.  Each one is meant for each other.  Most console gamers love the three God of War games released on the PS2 and PS3, while those who are fans of the PSP had the chance to play two other entries into the series,...

Review: God of War Collection

If you have never played God of War I or God of War II before, I only have one question to ask of you. What the hell have you been playing?! These two titles are easily two of the best games to grace the PlayStation 2. The storytelling is dynamic, and the graphics kick ass.

HD remastering looks great; Same solid controls; Both titles stand the test of time; You forget you're playing PS2 games

Details on creatures when views close up are limited; Still have a few more months to wait for God of War 3

Great Game x2

Never owned a PS2. Can't compare it, but I imagine it is identical and slightly brushed up for visuals. Will pick up GoW III when it is a greatest hits.

Outstanding gameplay; graphics are very good for a PS2 port and trophies added

I stink at the game, but I manage! M rating makes it tough to play when the kids are @ home or awake; Why do we have M rated games? Honestly?!!

God of War Collection Review (PS3)

Well, better late than never I suppose. I never owned the originals on the PS2, but at least I've got myself the re-released versions in their HD glory. Apart from the graphics being updated, the games are exactly the same as the PS2 versions.

I feel like I should preface this by saying that I'm not an expert in any of the categories that are going to be reviewed. I'm a gamer, and I can only offer you my opinion about this game.

God of War Collection Review

God of War and God of War II were two of the biggest reasons to own a PS2.   With both titles earning a stunning 94% from two of our reviewers, there is no doubt that it was a must-own title on that platform.

God of War Collection Review

A terrific compilation which gives two of the best games of the previous console generation the tender, loving care they deserve. Utterly essential for everyone with a PlayStation 3.
