Fujifilm was kind enough to lend me an X-T3 unit for a month in November, and I was selfish enough to ignore their emails to return it for the past two months. Yes, the X-T3 is so good I wish I could keep it forever.

Probably the best APS-C camera on the market right now, and a substantial step-up from X-T2. Backed by great Fujifilm glass. I love it. ^_^

Both are excellent cameras. I'll typically recommend one product over another, but they are so close in capabilities and performance, and different enough in design philosophy, that there's room for two Editors' Choice winners here.

As we generally find to be the case with Fujifilm offerings, there's a lot to like about the X-T30 and hardly anything to dislike. It's a superb camera that distils many of the best elements of the X-T3 into a smaller, lighter and cheaper camera.

If you have the budget for a mid-range camera, the 26.1-megapixel X-T30 delivers the same image quality as the X-T3 for $600 less. It has excellent handling, fast shooting speeds and autofocus performance nearly on par with Sony's A6400.
