Bought April 2013,it was ok until recently overexposing all images in all modes, all apertures, all ISO's & with exposure compensation set to zero, currently trying to find out from Fuji if there is a known issue.

Awesome camera with great design. I brought this camera to banff and had lots of amazing photo done with it. Good size for travelling and great photo quality. (of course can't compare to DSLR) Really satisfy with it!! Recommended to purchase an extra battery.
Introduced at Photokina 2012 as the entry-level model in Fujifilm's X-series of cameras, the FinePix XF1 shares a lot of features with the FinePix X10 but is sleeker, slimmer and lighter.
This 12 megapixel camera has a 25–100mm (film equivalent) stabilised zoom lens. The austere retro body carries the essential setting controls in knobs and buttons, except for the on-off switch. The camera is turned on by pulling the lens barrel out and turning it anti-clockwise.
If you are looking for a light camera with lots of resources and stylish, the Fujifilm XF1 is in store for you.
Fujifilm XF1 Digital Camera Review makes it clear that this retro-styled compact camera is not only for serious photographers, but also for those who are in love taking pictures anytime, anywhere.
The Fujifilm XF1 is priced at Rs 33,989, which may sound unreasonable to you. But then, you get a pocketable camera that performs almost at par with an entry-level DSLR equipped with the 18-55 mm kit lens.
