A remarkable little camera

Excellent day to day camera that will far surpass your expectations!

AF selection point joystick; Compact; Great Features; Great autofocus; Great image quality; Lightweight; Nice feel; Simple Controls; improved battery life

Could use a lens update; ISO switch hard to operate; No weather sealing; it could use sensor based image stabilisation; out of focus for large apertures

Excellent camera and service from ukdigital

First uk digital. Dispatched the camera to me, as promised, the day after order placement. Complimentary and complementary leather case was not in stock but arrived within a few days. Excellent service. Camera is as good as the reviews. In simple terms you turn it on, point, and take great photos.

Fujifilm X100F Review @ Photoxels

The X100F is basically an upgraded X100T, but the enhancements are worthwhile: the excellent 24-MP APS-C CMOS III sensor found in the professional X-Pro2 and X-T2; the Focus Lever ("AF joystick") that makes choosing a focus point a snap; a second Command (Front) dial; a retro ISO dial (with the...

But then I've got my own personal issues with it. We're at the fourth generation of the camera and it has no weather sealing. The lens has started to show its age since they upgraded to a 16MP sensor and it has a 24MP sensor attached. I love the 23mm f2's bokeh and flare; but I wish it were sharper.

Fujifilm X100F review: Only the price will put you off

While it's more than likely that you are aware of Fujifilm's mirrorless X-Series range of Compact System Cameras (CSCs), it might have escaped your attention that it also produces a number of X-Series compacts, too.

First-rate build quality; Superb image sharpness; Myriad features

Expensive; Not as pocketable as true compacts

Classical camera

Great camera for street photography, etc. Nice and compact. The fixed prime lens means you have to think about composition rather than using a zoom lazily. However, there is such a high megapixel count that you can crop very aggressively and retain quality.

Fujifilm X100F Review

The X100F is beautiful to use, although the too-easily-clicked rear control dial annoys. We'd hoped the 23mm f/2 lens would be a little crisper wide open and the autofocus could be a bit snappier.

Traditional dials and controls; Excellent X-Trans sensor; Hybrid optical/electronic viewfinder

Autofocus feels a tad tardy; Lens somewhat soft at f/2; Premium price

Fujifilm X100F review

The X100F gets full marks not for being the best all-round compact camera, but for being brilliant at what it does. Namely, packing the build and performance of a premium camera into something that can (almost) slip into your jacket pocket. There's no doubt that £1249 is a lot to spend on a compact and, without 4K video, an articulating screen or proper interchangeable lenses, the X100F isn't the most versatile camera around. But it is the purist's choice, with superb image quality, well laid out controls and a beautiful design. If you're eyeing up a premium retro compact to be your main camera, then you should definitely also consider Fujifilm's X-Pro2, while bearing in mind the considerable cost of adding lenses to its £1349 body-only price tag. If you love stills and are happy with a 35mm equivalent lens, though, look no further. Buy the Fujifilm X100F camera here from Wex photographic

Sharp, bright 23mm lens; Excellent high ISO performance; Compact size and solid build; Fast autofocus;

Fixed focal length might occasionally frustrate; No 4K video recording;

Fujifilm X100F review: A first-rate advanced compact shoots for stellar

The previous generation of Fujifilm's popular enthusiast "compact" with an APS-C-size sensor, the X100T, had been around for over two years before Fujifilm debuted the X100F, and the camera had only gotten one significant update since it launched in 2011, when the original X100 graduated to the X100S. And while the X100F has essentially the same design, albeit with a few layout tweaks, Fujifilm has made some notable improvements in the camera. That, combined with a dearth of cameras in its category -- fixed-lens compacts with large-ish APS-C sized sensors -- makes the X100F pretty much the only game in town at a reasonable price. Thankfully, it's worth the money.

An advanced compact for wide-angle and manual-photography fans, the Fujifilm X100F improves upon an already great camera with better autofocus performance and a fine-tuned design on top of its already excellent photo quality.

The Fujifilm X100F produces excellent photos and the updated autofocus system is a great improvement; Plus, it improves on the control layout and retains the manual-optimized shooting design and fast lens that have made it a favorite.

Sad battery life.

Fujifilm X100F Review

The X100F's combination of image quality, usability and styling make it the best in the series yet. It's still a niche camera, but this latest version's limitations stem primarily from its design, rather than its implementation. A true photographers' camera.

Photographers who want to revel in and be challenged by shooting with a fixed lens, fixed focal length camera.;

Anyone looking for flexibility or immediacy. Or video.;
