Very nice case!

So far I love this case, it seems quiet with 6 fans running and it is able to hold my extremely long XFX R9 290x with a fan in the front.

Compact yet roomy Sleek design

Because it is small it can be a little harder to work in - for example, do not install case fans until you have your mobo, heatsink, ram, etc; installed

- Modular design; - Great functionality; - Decent Air/Water cooling support; - Plenty of room for hard drives; - Dual chamber design

- Not designed for full size ATX motherboards; - Some users may not approve of it only having support for a slimline optical drive

Fractal Design NODE 804

The Fractal Design NODE 804 is aiming to be an uncompromising gaming system with the ability to hold up to twelve hard drives, while still offering plenty of water-cooling possibilities - all in a cube form factor.

I'm building up my data storage at home, and for my first server I wanted something neat and compact but still able to hold a decent amount of drives. The Node 804 fits my requirements pretty well.

Holds a lot for a small case; Very well designed; Good build quality (minor QA issues; Only minor gripes

The fans take a SATA power connector; HDD LED is on the bottom; kind of an odd place to put it

Awesome

I Built a system with all parts ordered from Scan who delivered very promptly and were totally professional. I had one slight issue which their after sales support spotted immediately when I explained and they told me exactly how to correct the mistake I had made.

Wonderful Case

I've never been one to spend real money on the case when I build computers. But using this Fractal Design cube may have changed my mind forever. You just can't put a price on all the little things they do that make the experience and the final product so much better.

Purchased this to build a home NAS. Had it running for about two weeks. Up until now, this case was 5 stars all the way. Moved it into a different room, booted it up, and smoke started pouring out of the top of the case through the vent.

Fractal Design Node 804

With the small form factor market growing we are finally starting to see a nice variety of case designs available for people who are looking to build Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX PCs. Fractal has been producing a variety of cases for that market basically from their inception.

Fractal Design Node 804 Review

Fractal Design's Node series of cases is hard to pin down; there isn't much of a unifying theme beyond alternative form factors, but even then the home theatre Node 605 supports ATX motherboards. The , meanwhile, is for mini-ITX users, leaving the Node 804 to cater to the micro-ATX crowd.
