Really like it
I have been wanting to get one of these devices for some time now but was not willing to give up my watches. I found the Fitbit to fit my right arm and not look awkward when wearing my watch on my left arm.

Works a charm and keeps me moving
I love this product. I have already lost two kgs since making this purchase. I am able to monitor all my activities and improve them when necessary or be reinforced for good deeds. I adore the accompanying app and the easy sync with other fitness apps.

Pros:
- The main reason I bought this was for the sleep stage tracker and it's exactly what I was hoping for
- It seems to be very accurate and I now know my stages of sleep that need improvement
- It also gives hints and advice on how to improve sleep quality
Cons:
- It takes a fair bit of tapping the screen of the watch to get it to change the display
- Maybe I just haven't got the hang of it yet

Good, but flaws.
I wanted a device that could track my heart rate when exercising and track my sleep. I like the strap and the fit. The battery life is good, needing charging every few days and not taking more than an hour or so.

North Fitbit Alta Stainless Steel Activity Tracker Band
Beautiful, but it didn't even last a week. I didn't wear the band to workout, just for casual use and work. It broke where the band attaches to the clasp.

Have had my Alta for over 1 year and am very pleased with it (less pleased that my first copy ended at the bottom of the ocean after about 1 month ...). It does its job without worrying too much about it. Registers my steps and reminds me when it's time to touch me.

Brilliant for tracking sleep
Replaced a cheaper step tracker with this Fitbit. Really accurate with counting steps. Sleep tracker is brilliant how it knows I've gone to sleep and not just relaxing is beyond me. So comfortable and isn't an issue while I sleep. Love the reminders you can set up. Highly recommend!!

Not for me
Really great for self-motivation and everything it says it does, but... I do not like I can't turn off the blue tooth radiation. Not sure if I am right, but everytime I wore it whole day and night for few days I became overly nervous and anxious (which I am usually not) to the point I could not...
