Cheap plastic backdraft on outlet jams open when fan is used, have lubed it etc, just poor design. Unable to replace as its now behind a fixed kitchen panel and could not get tech in as whole kitchen was being installed that day with extractor. So wind blows in from outside & and any greasy smells from in the ducting. Phoned F&P and tried to see if the would reimburse me for a $45 inline backdraft that i would put in the ducting in the loft, but they said "No'. Well that's put me off buying any more F&P, their fault for a bad design.
