hated it all show no actiion

We purchased our integrated dishwasher online via The Good Guys. We were told the machine would arrive on the Tuesday so we waited at home all day and they never showed up. I called at 3pm that afternoon and was told they would deliver that day but they never showed. So I had to take another day off work to have it delivered. When the installers finally arrived they told me they dont install integrated dishwashers! Really? The Good Guys charged me for installation for a machine that their installers will not install. So frustrating. NEVER again.
