The delivery service was good but it appears there was no manufacturer quality control as its detergent dispencer was not working and after about two weeks from delivery the serviceman finally replaced the dispenser. Infact they should have replaced the dishwasher as it was a second one.

Quiet, quick and @ $670 dang cheap.

This dishwasher doesn't have some of the fancy features the more expensive ones have but we didn't need any of those, this is a plug and play dishwasher that cleans everything you put in it. If you need a quality made dishwasher that's just set and forget then this is the dishwasher for you.

Works well and quietly , much better clean and easier load and unload of cutlery with basket rather than tray which came with a previous model I owned. Terrible trouble getting stickers off the front, have scratched stainless steel in the process - Fisher and Paykel should issue instructions for best way to do this.

Great quality machine, sturdy - lots of metal vs plastic. Settings are simple and intuitive. Drying isnt great - most items need to be dried as they are unloaded.

Does a fantastic job

We bought the F&P Dishwasher with all good intentions and the expectation that it would be a reliable product. We were using it for 6 weeks before it stopped working. We called The Good Guys and arranged for a technician to come out and repair it. It took another 2 weeks before they could come out only to say that they would have to order in the part ( faulty door switch ) and it should take approximately 3 days to arrive. The Good Guys then contacted us to arrange another appointment for the technician to replace the part but this would be another 4 weeks before he could come out. We are still waiting for him to arrive and install the part. So in short, we had the product for 6 weeks before it stopped working and then waited another 6 weeks plus to have it fixed. Would we recommend this product or the service that goes with it. No!
