Brand new stove, only used a few times and 2 zones have stopped working. Will be seeking a refund.

Bought this product in July with full installation, waited till the end of October for delivery, electrician dropped it into my counter top then said it needs to be wired to the switch board, wich they already knew as I was switching from gas to induction and that's the installation I paid for.. so now I'm left with a non working cooktop just dropped into my counter top.
