What makes a Final Fantasy game a Final Fantasy game At this point in the franchise, it's becoming increasingly hard to determine. The series has been around so long and has experimented in countless ways, and has been associated with convoluted fantasy jargon, especially since the seventh console...

Final Fantasy XV Review
When playing Final Fantasy XV , it's helpful to remember that it began life as a spin-off of Final Fantasy XIII , and that the finished game is still an entry in the Fabula Nova Crystallis subseries - shorthand for "convoluted nonsense involving crystals."
Pros:
- Country drives with the boys
Cons:
- Chapter 13

Review: Final Fantasy XV is a tale of two games
Platforms: PS4, Xbox One (reviewed) Developer: Square Enix Publisher: Square Enix MSRP: $59.99 The fifteenth Final Fantasy entry feels totally at odds with itself on multiple levels. Its story is a grand science-fiction epic that throws its entire focus on a group of four young friends.

Final Fantasy XV: review
Ten years and one name change later, Final Fantasy XV is finally a game that people can buy. And they certainly have been buying it, with staggering day-one sales of five million. But… well… it doesn't really deserve such immense and immediate success.

Final Fantasy XV Review
With plans for a New Game+ and all sorts of updates in the pipeline. SE has ensured that Final Fantasy XV is a strong contender for replay value. Out of the box there's a lot to do at the end of the game once you hit that final 15th chapter and you'll have some meaty end-game bosses to hunt down...

Game Review: Final Fantasy XV
To say audiences have been waiting a while for Final Fantasy XV would be an understatement. Originally not a numbered entry in the Final Fantasy series, the game has seen many changes over the years. At times this shows in the finished article.
Pros:
- Looks lovely
- Fun combat
- Team chemistry is great
- Lots to do
- Some of the best dungeons in a Final Fantasy
- Lovable cast of characters
Cons:
- Story isn't explained as clearly as it could be
- Some weak chapters
- The troubled development shows at times
- Some odd glitches

My first full Final Fantasy experience
Final Fantasy has had it's series of mishaps through the years. I had tried XIII but could not get into it. I didn't care about the characters or story at all. Boy did they fix everything with this game. The characters had their own looks, their own personalities.
