This is antehor attempt to support my argument that there are universal ideas that are true for everyone, everywhere and at all times.

This Final Fantasy XIII-2 review holds special relevance to all those who've played 2010's FFXIII.

I will be quick with this... I loved the game, but I think that the graphics could be better for Febr 2012, I mean, they're good... but could be better something. The story is simply awesome, and I loved the "time-traveling" idea, it's great, since the world changes in every time.

When I got the opportunity to review Final Fantasy XIII-2 (from here on in known as FFXIII-2), I was excited and a little anxious at the same time.  After all, it's been a couple of years since I've played a Final Fantasy game and I actually didn't get a chance to play Final Fantasy XIII.

Squenix continues to revel in hypersexualized female protagonists, and returns to the more open-world nature of previous Final Fantasy titles. The addition of QTE battling though just brings the game more on-rails than ever before.

I LOVE Final Fantasy. This is one of my best gaming series ever! But I admit the last few haven't gripped people like the old ones. In fact I would say not since Final Fantasy X. Now for me the others haven't bothered me. I liked XIII. In fact I loved Final Fantasy XIII.

Whether you loved or hated Final Fantasy XIII, anyone who cares about its sequel wants to know how it compares: is it better than FFXIII? How different is it? Well, Final Fantasy XIII-2 definitely improves upon XIII… in some ways.

More freedom; more exploration; more discovery; Story driven by characters; Battle system still rules

No summons; Some difficulty dips and spikes; Only two party members

Overall, game is worth it. I bought it at a price drop of $19 bucks and it didn't dissapoint. If you have a PS3 I would get it for sure, Final Fantasy isn't really meant for a different system other than PS3 where it belongs on.

The game has excellent gameplay, you can do many strategic things to keep any monster on its knees if you play your cards right; This game also features non-linearity more which it should have with its previous predecessor.

I might seem stingy, but this game is inferior compared to its predecessor graphic wise; comparing, but it's still not bad. The story isn't AS good as it should be, but it's okay considering it is a direct sequel, but it does show a sign of square enix running out of ideas too

You, know, I've spent most of my life as an athlete above most other things. Mind you, the last few years I haven't exactly been MUCH of an athlete, what with the new "protective layer" covering my six-pack... (I swear it's in there somewhere!) But there was a time! ... ah but on to my real point...

I have always been a big and loyal fan to the final fantasy series. Since I've been able to read and play the games, I begged my parents, and then got it myself when I started working on the first day of release.. Most certainly cannot deny double points on a pre-order at game!
