I use it to shred newspaper for the fire. It stands up to the job. No jamming, easy to open the compartment without lifting the top like other shredders.

I work from my home office 3 days a week and do a lot of shredding during those days. In the past few years I've gone for what I thought were expensive good quality shredders but I've always ended up being disappointed with the performance.
